What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization?
The overall objective of this project is to map our organization's current data inputs and outputs. The team would first collaborate with A4CB staff to (1) determine all needed external compliance and internal reporting data, inclusive of format, due dates, owner; and (2) determine all of our data inputs. Then, they would map data flows and determine the best option to house all our data.
The end goal of this work is to create a unified place from which we can pull all reports we need for funders and partners. We are currently spending far too much of our valuable time manually exporting data, combining data from various sources, and manually manipulating it to answer funder questions.
