We will be launching a new mobile app that will provide organizers of local adult sports games such as soccer, hockey, basketball, rugby, ultimate frisbee and lacrosse a new and better way to manage those seasons of games.  This app will help them organize the games to ensure they get enough players for each game between regulars and alternates, collect fees and create teams.  Munission is looking to build this app over the summer months and then go to market in September of 2023.  Munission needs a marketing plan and analysis to determine the best ways to attract organizers to this new app.

Project Synopsis: Expected Results
A successful project will produce a go to market plan that provides data driven strategies and tactics to reach organizers of these local sports games to drive adoption of the application. As this is hyper local, we would want very targeted tactics to reach organizers via social media channels like Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook, influencers and partnerships with sports facilities.
