Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Eco-Enterprise offers unique financial solutions and cutting-edge technology to drive sustainability and save money for our clients: businesses, nonprofits and governments. The current challenge is three-fold:

1) Lack of time/resources to update marketing and business development materials.

2) Lack of time/resources to complete updated corporate planning documents for investors (ie:  competitive research, business plan, pitch deck, financial modeling).

3) Lack of time/resources to formulate content for new online-based training portal that will be used to onboard new BDCs (Business Development Consultants).

4) Lack of time/resources to formulate content for new online-based training portal that will be used to onboard new clients of NeedCapital.AI.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
Working with Founder & CEO, Lindsey S. Nagy, students will perform the following tasks:

1a) "Ee" MARKETING:
As we increase value and solutions, we need to:
- Update marketing material (ie: update language per solutions / create scripts/presentations/"explainer videos" for use with clients on our website/etc.;
- Create an official corporate brochure that we can share [digitally and physically] with prospective clients;
- Create additional case studies and/or new "Info Sheets" (ie: PDFs) per each of the newest solutions: NeedCapital.AI, Eco-Strategy.com, etc.).
- BONUS: Assist our Social Media Managers (2) in content creation and research.

1b) "Ee" BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
We have 30+ independent sales agents who we call BDCs (Business Development Consultants) and it is in our their best interest that we:
- Update our marketing lists to help them contact "channel partners" (ie: engineering firms, architectural firms, general contractors) to serve as "resellers" of our solutions / refer us their clients.
- Update our marketing lists to help them contact "ideal clients" (eg: any company paying over $10K/month in an electricity bill).
- BONUS: Assist our Business Development Intern (1) in planning/research/etc.

2) "NCAI" INVESTOR DOCUMENTATION:
Eco-Enterprise is funded entirely by NAGY VENTURES. Moving forward as we grow from pre-revenue startup to a small/medium business, we essentially want to treat Eco-Enterprise, Inc. as a client of NeedCapital.AI.
- Work with co-Founders of NeedCapital.AI (Lindsey S. Nagy and Karl G. Schlegel) to research, organize and better-prepare all corporate planning documents for future potential investors (ie:  competitive research, business plan, pitch deck, financial modeling; BizPlan.com).
- REQUIRED READINGS: [A list of books/audiobooks/courses on fundraising/startups will be provided].

3) "Ee" BDC PORTAL (via private member area on Eco-Enterprise.com):
Since all of our salespeople work remotely at this time it is important that we plan the ideal process for onboarding BDCs (Business Development Consultants) as a step-by-step module:
- Provide all necessary resources in an effort to build community, confirm corporate Mission and Values, make BDCs feel welcome and valued, and set clear sales/revenue goals (eg: Videos and contextual content: DISC Assessment, Instructions for signing 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement, Corporate FAQs [Commission examples], Solution FAQs ['How to Sell" explainer videos per each solution],
- BONUS: Assist our Business Development Intern (1) in planning/research/etc.

4) "NCAI" / "NeedCapital.Academy" CLIENT PORTAL:
Our goal with NeedCapital.AI is to help 1M entrepreneurs. To-date, we (and our partners) have done over $4B in deal flow with 1900+ clients.  In order to better service our clients with necessary and fundamental best practices for fundraising / owning and evolving a start-up business, we need to relay to our clients our knowledge and experience via as a step-by-step module for the ideal onboarding process. Interns will:
- Provide all necessary resources in an effort to build community, convey corporate Mission and Values, make clients feel welcome and deliver value-add (eg: Videos and contextual Content: FAQs, Co-Founder backgrounds/experience, "Startup Checklist", "What to Expect", "["Etc. How To's"]...
- REQUIRED READINGS: [A list of books/audiobooks/courses on fundraising/startups will be provided].
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
The project will be successful for our organization if/when each of the above-mentioned 1-4 tasks are completed; as well as, Professor Picard being content with the work on behalf of her interns; as well as, Lindsey Nagy / Karl Schlegel feeling content that they provided the best real-world experience possible for Fordham students this Summer Capstone; as well as, Jordan and team of CapSource feeling that Capstone all goals between Prof. Picard and Eco-Enterprise / NeedCapital.AI were met per the specific tasks agreed upon. This project may also be deemed successful per other guiding principles of the Capstone program. This project will also be deemed successful if interns are timely with weekly team/PM attendance, as well as weekly/final presentations/reports.
