The current CRM environment (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud) has been partially built by volunteers but lacks strategic implementation. Sow Good Now seeks a consulting team to assess their current CRM setup, compare systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, and produce a roadmap that links CRM design to sustainable fundraising and impact tracking.
