My educational background includes the successful completion of Chartered Accountancy, along with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Financial Accounting and Auditing from India. These credentials, combined with my practical experiences, have equipped me with a unique set of skills and competencies.

In my capacity as a professional in Deals Advisory at PwC, I have honed my skills in financial performance analysis, cash flow analysis & optimization, and working capital management. Moreover, I developed proficiency in crafting detailed reports that provide comprehensive insights, delivering impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex information. My experience also includes conducting thorough company research and benchmarking exercise enabling a profound understanding of market dynamics, industry trends and identification of key performance indicators, contributing to informed decision-making processes. My client-facing roles have further sharpened my ability to seamlessly interact with clients and understand their specific demands. 

During my internship in Financial Restructuring at EY, I gained hands-on experience in financial modeling, ratio analysis, and drafting of Information Memorandum related to debt restructuring. This experience has significantly enhanced my analytical skills and provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in structuring financial transactions. 

In my role in Auditing with KKC & Associates LLP, I worked on complex datasets, conducted due diligence on companies, and implemented risk management strategies throughout the audit process. Having worked with clients spanning diverse industries, I have gained a robust understanding of financial statements and developed a meticulous attention to detail.
