I'm Shailly Akhani, a passionate and driven student currently on track to complete my Master's degree in Management from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in December 2024. I am proud to maintain a 4.0 GPA and have been honored with accolades including the Dean's Scholarship and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society membership. My academic focus includes a range of subjects like Business Strategy, Crisis Communication, Managerial Statistics, and Purpose-Driven Marketing.

My undergraduate studies were completed at Ahmedabad University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Accountancy, and minors in Human Resource Management and Law. Professionally, I am currently a Graduate Assistant at Fordham University, handling data analysis and policy research. Before this, I worked as an Assistant Manager & Account Manager at Dakshinamurti Pharma Pvt Ltd in India, managing payroll, developing market strategies, and leading international expansion projects.

My research pursuits have included an in-depth analysis on the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in business, as well as examining the effects of employee absenteeism on organizational efficiency. I am skilled in various software and technologies such as Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Office, and am further developing my expertise through ongoing certifications in project management and ethical business practices.

I have a broad range of interests from artificial intelligence and photography to playing basketball, guitar, and engaging in reading. I am committed to leveraging my diverse skills and passions to make a positive impact in my field and beyond.
