| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | We are partnering with Buttercup Bakeshop, a boutique bakery in New York City that specializes in cakes, cupcakes, and other specialty dessert items. They are looking to revamp their online presence and increase customer interaction and orders on their website.

| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | A complete revamp/upgrade of Buttercup's website, from addressing and fixing the broken links, improving the appearance of the user interface, as well as potentially integrating a system that allows customers to build their bespoke orders right in front of their eyes.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | We are monitoring consistent traffic to the website as well as customers who complete transactions online. Most of Buttercup's orders go through the phone, so seeing if any existing customers switch to the online channel would be something to keep track of. Another important KPI to monitor is interaction with customizations, and whether or not customers engage in the potential customization system that would be (hypothetically) integrated into Buttercup's website.
