Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity

We are an early stage startup focused on reversing denied medical claims. We are in the process of incorporating  an existing company into ours that has spent 20 months manually fighting bills using a D2C approach. We are hoping to move to a direct to provider approach, and need to hone in on where within our target market we should begin (multi-specialty, small independent doctors, hospitals etc). We also need to do a robust competitor analysis, revenue projections and modeling, fundraising, and all of the other things early stage companies need! 
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
There will be a lot of cold calling to different types of facilities, as well as outreach to investors, and the actual handling of claims. Students will need to model out projections, and research competitors and become familiar with this space. 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
A solid GTM strategy in place by the end of the summer, and/or investor funding would mark success.
