EventGames.io helps companies procure interest with prospective clients by utilizing unique interactive digital games at trade shows and similar corporate booths at events. Our technology promotes healthy competition and learning in a fun, new way for clients to incorporate the branding of their products and services within games. Think of us as interactive advertising that rewards both client and patron alike!Our challenge is that we're a startup that needs a formal marketing plan, financial forecasting (e.g.: we need to determine the ideal price point in comparison to competitors in this unique market), research/testing as well as help driving new sales, partnerships and exposure.  CloserArcade helps businesses boost sales by providing a SaaS to gamify tasks. Made for in-office and/or remote working teams, our software and hardware fosters  competition and productivity allowing salespeople, customer service representatives and more to set goals and account for their accomplishments. Managers can effortlessly monitor staff and reward top-performers. Our challenge is that we're a startup that needs a formal marketing plan, financial forecasting (e.g.: we need to determine the ideal price point in comparison to competitors in this unique market), research/testing as well as help driving new sales, partnerships and exposure. 
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
(a) MARKETING: Research/Create marketing plan for each company, 
(b) Create marketing campaign/advertising plan (i.e.: online and offline) for each company, 
(c) Complete Competitive Analysis (e.g.: main competitors, strengths, weaknesses, market positioning) and Customer Segmentation (Analyze target market; create customer personas per demographics, psychographics, and buying behaviors) to support pricing of each company’s hardware/software, etc., 
(d) Produce "explainer videos" for each company (e.g.: “how it works”, “why buy”), 
(e) Update and Optimize language on company websites and social media profiles, 
(f) Develop Content Strategy (e.g.: establish each company as industry “thought leader”) and Create Content (e.g.: blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, or podcasts, etc.), 
(g) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Draft language used for outreach to prospective clients via email/phone/LinkedIn/social media, 
(h) Create and Optimize Sales Funnel (from lead generation to conversion), 
(i) Conduct Prospective Client Outreach (Introduce each company’s services to targeted clients), 
(j) RESEARCH: Identify unforeseen client/partner opportunities (e.g.: potential strategic cross-sale or collaborations to expand reach, enhance offerings, tap new markets) and highlight benefits/risks, 
(k) Source relevant industry/competitor statistics to be shared as marketing material, 
(l) FINANCE: Develop projections based on proposed marketing and business development strategies, 
(m) Calculate return on investment (ROI) per each initiative suggesting how each company should effectively prioritize and allocate resources 
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Completing all of the above-listed deliverables allowing us to provide students with a real-world experience -- and even the addition of a new client, per the work they completed, during the time of their project!
