Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
LiveLike aims to maximize the value of its client's fanbase through its gamification tools and services. The goal is to develop an analytics dashboard that provides valuable insights into user behavior. This dashboard will serve as a strategic tool for LiveLike's clients to better understand, engage, and retain their audiences.

Currently, the challenge lies in defining which key performance indicators (KPIs) should be featured, how data should be visualized effectively, and what user-friendly design elements should be integrated to ensure seamless adoption by stakeholders at different levels of an organization.

    • Identify key stakeholders and their needs in relation to the dashboard.
    • Analyze how fan engagement data is currently managed across the organization.
    • Examine existing challenges in data analytics for LiveLike and similar companies in the industry.

    • Design a dashboard prototype that balances usability, efficiency, and aesthetics.
    • Define the types of data visualizations best suited for LiveLike’s clients.
    • Ensure the dashboard structure aligns with brand guidelines and is easily accessible to a broad audience.

  4. Data Integration & Dashboard Implementation Strategy
    • Map out data flow logic for dashboard use by different audiences (executives, analysts, managers).
    • Identify technical tools and integrations that will support LiveLike’s platform.
    • Ensure compatibility with LiveLike’s existing infrastructure and scalability for future enhancements.

  5. Final Presentation & Deliverables
    • Develop user stories illustrating how different clients will engage with the dashboard.
    • Provide recommendations for incorporating insights into daily operations for clients.
    • Create an implementation roadmap for dashboard integration and usage.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
This project will be considered successful if:

  • A fully designed prototype of the analytics dashboard is created, providing clear and actionable insights for LiveLike’s clients.
  • A comprehensive KPI framework is developed to ensure effective fan engagement tracking.
  • User-friendly data visualizations are proposed and aligned with the company's needs.
  • Actionable recommendations are provided for integrating the dashboard into LiveLike’s business operations.
