Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
We don't have a clear method or system to track and measure the effectiveness of our revenue organization and we want to identify and measure KPIs to help build a more efficient GTM team.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  1. Through understanding our data, industry and processes, identify the optimal suite of metrics we should track.  These can include:
    • LTV
    • Quarterly NDR
    • CAC
    • Magic #
    • MRR
    • Churn
  2. Create measurement methodology for key metrics and pull insights regarding the health of the revenue team, inclusive of both sales and account management.
  3. Create straightforward steps including all necessary inputs needed, and/or build out a set of reports to update the metrics on an ongoing basis, to allow continued visibility.
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
  • Research and recommended metrics to measure sales and account management effectiveness
  • Initial measurement of the metrics with insight into how Stacker's revenue team is performing
